Excuse me! Can I ask how can I ride on my bike again cause I’m afraid that I forgot to do it.
Yeap! It’s almost about a year. I can say that I couldn’t even ride on my bike so much because of something 🙂 I missed it but I had so many things to do. I know that seems a pretext but I had nothing to do. Anyway, I’m going to pedal again (I hope) and write here some blog posts. I hope I can update this blog often.
Long and hot summer days are coming in many regions and for cycling ethusiasts a hot day could make them feel awful. Particularly in long distance rides, you should be more careful and take some precautions for summer cycling.
1. Take precaution for dehydration
It’s probably the most important issue to be dehydrated. You should drink enough water while cycling. But drinking much water could not make you feel good. It is better to drink often but little at every turn. You could also drink any other liquid if you desire but water is always better.
After 4 week challenge I thought that it could be nice to take some break. I was wondering whether I’m gonna miss cycling or not.
I wasn’t cycling regularly 2 months before today. I was just cycling some days and riding it for commuting sometimes. But it wasn’t easy to cycle for commuting every time. Than I quit my job interestingly and I decided to cycle while I was looking for a new job.
Firstly, a railway then a road and lastly at the farthest end a bridge compose this photo. These structures adjacent to the sea and there is a stream under them which consists of mostly waste water. The polluted water combines with the sea and the ships in the harbour contributes to pollute the sea.
Then we feel healthy and better so that we get the amazing sea air!
It was a rainy day but I was intended to cycle and I did it. But I couldn’t pass over 6 miles. Even it was rainy I enjoyed too much. I did 5,24 miles. This is unfortunately the worst distance for this week.
I don’t know how much you care you bicycle, but I do much. It is not just because of the money that I gave to it. I liked it too much and I don’t want to lose it for nothing. I’m not professional. I started to bike last year regularly. I attached to my bike, though. Most cyclist can understand me about connecting with your bicycle.
As some of you know that I’m making a challenge to ride my bike everyday. I’m cycling at least 5 miles and trying to pass over the limit day by day. Today when I’m reading some tweets I realized that there is a hashtag called #30DaysOfBiking which is the part of a website with the same name.
